I think the economic stimulus did not work because I still see companies are downsizing and every thing are more expensive now like food, clothes, rent, etc.
Although the economic is hard at this time. I think the stimulus that the president gives us works, because if we did not receive this stimulus we were worse. The best way we have to do now is how to know save and spent our money.
I think the economic stimulus plan might be working for some people; however, not all benefit from the stimulus plan. Also, I think it will take some time to see the overall improvement that stimulus plan might have brought or will bring. For example, Obama's plan is to create jobs related to improving our environment, jobs that are called "green jobs." Even after Obama create jobs such as this, there will still be others who will not be able to take this opportunity. Those who are not skilled in this particular field of "green jobs" will be excluded. Another part of the stimulus plan is the $8,000 tax credit that homeowners receive when they purchase their first home. There are many houses for sale and to get rid of the surplus of houses, Obama introduced the $8,000 tax credit. If you are not buying a home, you are obviously not benefiting from the stimulus plan. All in all, it’s good that Obama is trying to do his best to improve the economy.
I think the stimulus will help in the economy, but we have to wait because everything takes time, the way that the economy is now is very bad; is no jobs in anyfield the salaries are to low with the cost of living we are not going nowhere he really have to take care because the way that we are going is going to be a lot crime, robbery and the country is going to be very insecure Hilda B.
